Being Funny
Being funny is one of those things that only a select group of people have been able to achieve. What defines "funny"? Funny, according to an unknown source, is the act of stimulating a positive reaction in another human being. Now, to stimulate this reaction, there are a few main points to consider: 1. Your audience
Generally you will want to your audience to be human. Talking to people is ok, talking to a ficus is not. 2. Your delivery
When you speak, are you loud or soft? Do you project or speak to the floor? Do you have your hands in your pockets or down your underwear? All of these things should affect the type of humour you provide. 3. Your reputation
If people think you are a dolt, you are, in fact, a dolt. Perception of reality is more important than what you consider yourself to be. For example, you are NOT a supermodel, no matter how hard you wish. With this information burrowed in your conscience, it is time to formulate a joke. It is best to use "spur of the moment" type quips, formulated using a collection of choice key words. The following is a list of recommended key words:
-Furby
-Armpit
-Weasel
-Chainsaw
-Prune
-Wormhole That roughly sums up the composition of a joke, and every joke made up to this point in time. Use these points to formulate your humor. And good luck.
